In response to the complaint received on 10/**/2014 from [redacted], our store policy states, both on signs in the store, and on the customer receipt, that all wigs and hair pieces are nonrefundable, due...

to health and hygiene reasons. While this customer claimed that the wig was unused, it is impossible to verify such a claim, as the item was taken out of our store and we do not know what was done with it afterwards. With such items, if taken back, we cannot return it to the suppliers, nor can we sell it again, as we do not want to provide our customers with items that we cannot guarantee are unused and in new condition. This is why we have such a policy in place. Regardless, we gave this particular customer a full refund dated 10/**/2014 of $16.32 and will strive to ensure that such issues that arise in the future are addressed more professionally with the best interest of the customer in mind.

Review: I bought a wig from national beauty supply. the man mistakenly gave me the wrong color. He gave me a black wig instead of a dark brown wig. I did not open or use the product. when I went back the next day to return the wig. The [redacted] lady refused to return the product for a different color. I want a full refund of 14.99 or a return. They were very rude. They told me about the store policy which is no refunds on used wigs but this wig is not used.
