I have used the National Brake & Muffler Shop in Griffin, GA for years nowThey are our number #mechanicsThey are trust worthyTheir prices have always been reasonable and service has been quickThey go out of their way to accommodateA few year ago I had a car (yrsold) that had some major issues, they were honest by telling me they could fix it but the cost would be very expensive and they didn't think it was worth my expense but I would probably get more value by donating itI highly recommend the National Brake & Muffler Shop in Griffin, GA to anyone!

My son was given a quote over the phone $plus tax for front brakes and rotors replacementHe was told the service would take hours
When my son brought his car in today at 8:am, he was told that they would have to look at his car before giving him a quote
My son remained the person that he received a $quote over the phone, the manager stated, "should be close to that"
The manager told my son that he would call with a quote after looking at his car When my son got the call an hour later, the charge was $
After telling the manager he would be picking up his car, the car was still on the auto lift when we got thereInstead of taking hour to have the work done it took an hour for the quote
I watched the Manger and the mechanic talk to each other before bringing my son car around to the front, said nothing to my son that it was outside I had to go inside to let my son know after he waited minutes for his keys that his car was outsideI saw the manager pass my son in the lobby of the shop, to go to the oil changes area and not acknowledging my son waiting
I'm so angry, disappointed, disgusted with lies and the disrespect
