Review: I had placed some furniture on layaway with this company on 04/2013 at the store, and the rest of the payments were made over the phone. I started receiving calls from them stating that the company would be moving to another location and they would keep me abreast of the move. I starting calling them after some months had went by to make the final payment and schedule delivery of the furniture, I got their answering service and received no return call. So I called the company in November 2013 and the phones were disconnected and there was no forwarding number. So I call the business that were close to the Furniture store and they didn't know where they had gone, so I called the [redacted] Furniture Corp, because the furniture I was buying was a [redacted] product, I spoke with the manager and he gave me a number to locate them and the number was a out of state number. It turned out to be the owner of the company [redacted] who informed me that they had not found a place yet but was looking to open up somewhere in Columbia Maryland on March 15,2014, which did not happen so she inform me that she could not write me a check for the money since I had used my bank card, so she said for me to call my bank and have them reverse the charges. I did that and my bank said that they could not do that because it's passed the 60 day and 120 day period. So I need help getting my money returned to me? I have the receipts.Desired Settlement: The amount that I gave to them was $406.00
