The customer's account is correct to my recollectionWe failed after three attempts to find the leek. I was emailed over the weekend of the 28th and contacted my roofer (that does does some of my larger projects) on Monday to see when he could work us in. Tuesday the 31st I
received an email from the customer and a bill for $from a roofer they hiredI then called and canceled my rooferI personally dropped off a check the following week for $to reimburse my customers for their experiencesI don't understand what would warrant a complaint to the Revdex.com and a further request for more moneyI must have seriously miss our relationship as they repeatedly said how pleased they were with their porch and wanted one put on the front of their house this springI wish these folks well they are nice people and I am sorry for their inconvenience
