[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I never spoke to anyone named Jamie C***, I remember this specifically because I remember looking the application which has that name on it and saying to myself who is thatI also have a sheet of paper (can send if needed) I was writing names on at the time of the phone call and what Dan was telling me about the policy (specifically because I was having such a hard time finding insurance and knew exactly what I wanted)I have his name and Tracy's name as verification officerI also have a "direct line" given to my by Dan during that phone call saying that he would be there to help me and it's good to have an middle man/agent to speak with (as opposed to obamacare), said he just got a own direct line ###-###-#### (this is also written down on this piece of paper)I had spoke with a couple other local insurance agents before this phone call and rejected plans that were the same price as this one because they didn't include what I wanted (will get statements from them if I need to), why would I agree to this if I knew/ was told it didn't cover preventative careOf course I signed and filled out the application, people rely on agents and your company to tell them what a policy offers because most of the time the policies don't make sense to people who don't work in insuranceThe policy that was provided is very vague and mostly just has definitionsI never once got help from Health Innovations or Allied Health (any phone number on the "insurance" card), was always transferred, told to call another dead line or they couldn't help meAnd again, when I cancelled the policy online I was asked why I was cancelling and one of the reasons to pick out of was "The agent did not explain this was a discount program"So this must be a reoccurring issue on your endOn top of the reimbursement for premiums, I would like a reimbursement for the $bill from my doctors office for preventative care, I will send that also if I need to.Thank you Regards, [redacted]

I had national brokers of America find me insurance three times first there was assurant health which I liked there was deductible copayment but they didn't have that plan after month of me having it so they found me another which sounded like that one I gave them my cc info they were suppose to give it to the new ins well they didn't so they canceled meN b o a found another didn't tell me it was high deductible til I got the paperwork so I canceled I got a refund then they set me up with Manhattan central life which was month did not pay for anything now I'm owing Drs over a thousand dollars and every time you call they're voice mail always comes on they always claim to be busy due to open enrollment
