National Business Furniture

I ordered a Reception Desk. It was assembled wrong and two center drawers were missing. I contacted the delivery people via email. The man in charge email me back and said it was assemble correctly and nothing is missing. And if I wanted assemble a different way because it was a reverse desk and I would have to pay again. I email him back to give me someone else's contact inf that can really help me. I never heard back. Than I contacted the vendor and heard back a week later and said they couldn't do anything. And finally I they we can mail you the two missing center drawers but you have to installed them. And if I want it to assemble the desk the reverse way and installed the drawers they would have to charge me. How is that for customer service. First, when the two guys that came in to assemble the desk...they were not supposed to ask to you want this assemble. Specially asked a random person in the office. You should know how to do your job. "Assemble according to the picture of how it supposed to look like" or ask the person that placed the ordered. I will never order anything from this place and I'm going to make sure my school district do not order anything from them again.

Broken commitments. They missed the committed ship date, then XPO Logostics the delivery service they used couldn;'t deliver the furniture. They set up a second delivery and missed the missed the appointment window. They wasted 8 weeks of my time, set me back, caused my office to be on hold for hours waiting for non-deliveries. Between National Business Furniture and XPO Logistics, they are a nighmare. I will never buy from National Business Furniture again, They claim they mailed my refund but the lost 8 weeks and the cost of paying people to help unload and assemble the non-delivery was just too much. BAD BAD company.

Our company in Houston, Tx ordered furniture from NBF and the original install was completed in March. They have yet to complete the punch list items. I have ordered additional pieces from them and each time the experience was the same. Delivery no call no show, order incomplete, and unable to communicate with me about what is going on. I sent an email to 3 representatives on 12/11 addressing my frustration and have yet to hear back.
As of today I have two separate incomplete orders.

I ordered for my home office one L-Shape desk 72", one File Pedestal, one Storage Pedestal, and one Storage Cabinet on website of National Business Furniture. I got my order 5 days later as they promised. After we opened the boxes, we got that the items are not produced in United State, whole material coming from China. The quality is very low. The assembly parts are very cheap. The color doesn't match. Don't trust the instruction book.
I'm really disappointed.
