To Mr *** and all it concerns,NCS East is in the business of connecting customers to cable service providers I am writing this letter in response to a complaint issued by Mr *** a newly installed cable television subscriber First off, as partner in NCS East, I want to take
responsibility and apologize to Mr*** for the inconvenience we caused him. My understanding is the primary issue was not the quality of the technician’s work but the poor quality and inaccurate information furnished by our dispatcher. This less than stellar service caused Mr*** to sit at home twice without a technician showing up. I’m disappointed and embarrassed that happened. That is unacceptable As a resolution we did finally connect with Mr*** and resolved the technical issues. As a small gesture to show we were apologetic we performed some additional wiring in Mr***’s home. We do not feel the extra wiring made up for the inconvenience we caused our customer, only that it shows we have regret for our shortcomingFinally, we retrained the dispatcher involved and shared this incident with all of our dispatchers as a lesson to show how, if we are not careful, we can cause great inconvenience to a good customer.We sincerely regret this inconvenience to Mr ***.Respectfully, *** ***Managing Partner NCS East, LLC
