National Capital Management

Review: I am sending this for help, I do not know what else to do or who to turn to. I am so stress by this that my blood pressure is so high.I had a debt with a company called [redacted] in 2007, and went to collection to National Capital Management. in April 2012 I starting getting phone calls from that company saying that I will be going to jail, Not knowing what I know now, I made a arrangement to pay off [redacted] Debt. June 2012 paid 250.00 and July 2012 another 250.00 thru my debit card. They said it would be taken off my credit report and [redacted] will do the same,I did sent [redacted] a certify letter asking to pay the account with them on May 2012, But no respond. Well to this day Both are still on my credit report. Now [redacted] sent it to another collection agency to collect the debt in which is paid. on July 2012 I sent NCM a certify letter letting them know that I am complaining about my credit report, but no respond, sent another Sept 2012 and I just received it unopened (certified) 6 months later. I also certify letter to [redacted] about removing their name from credit report since it has paid, but no respond again. It has been 7 years that I have been dealing with this company and I don't know what to do, I am trying hard to correct my credit report but it seems I can not do it myself.I will attach documentation if there is a place for it, If not I would to send document, if you can help I can fax or email.Desired Settlement: All I want is my Both their name National Capital Management and [redacted] removed from my credit report since it has been paid, and National Capital Investigated because it could of been a scam and I can not afford to pay again.
