February 19, 2016 Ms*** *** *** *** *** ***VIN *** Ms*** will have a warranty for a engine motor that we are supplying: her for months from date of installation(Engine we are supplying has approx 61,miles on it) Any warranty will only be applied
to actual part, (engine motor) not to labor of installation. Installing this engine motor is being done by a mechanic of her choiceCore charge of $will be billed to Ms*** if old engine returned to National Car Mart III Inc. As a retail sales organization, National prides itself on dealing fairly and honestly with every potential customer who walks in our doors This complaint concerns the pricing on a *** *** *** door sedan. The buyer, *** ***, had a *** *** *** in poor
condition with 128,miles to use as a trade-in. *** *** wanted to finance the purchase. With *** *** permission, a credit report was run on him. The report came back showing a couple of credit issues: 1) an open (existing) motor vehicle loan outstanding; and, 2) limited income on *** *** part to pay for what would be a second outstanding motor vehicle loan. Because of these credit challenges, *** *** was told financing this motor vehicle loan would be much more difficult. Typically, in these situations, loan requests are made through secondary lenders such as *** *** *** *** because primary bank lenders have no interest in handling high risk loans. Secondary lenders charge fees for providing a loan because of the risk involved In this case, *** charged $in fees to provide the loan. This amount was added to the price of the motor vehicle. *** *** agreed to the added amount and executed the Retail Buyer's Order form noting the price of the vehicle, which included the *** fee amount.National Cart Mart does not receive the *** *oan fee of $2176.17. This money is retained by *** as its charges for financing a high risk loan. *** *** seemed very pleased with his purchase and also read all paperwork that he signed.As for *** *** status andour regards for him? We have the utmost respect for him as one of our customers and a person. We cleary disclosed ales price, rates, payments and terms wo *** ***

I had to pay $1800 in additional parts and labor to completely fix my car. I feel I should be reimbursed all that money I put out.
