I had a car from National Car rental I was driving down the road when the rear tire blew out I changed the tire and returned the car to the rental center National accused me of hitting something for what was clearly a defective tire side wall I was treated very rudely by several of the employees that rolled their eyes at me and demanded that I sign a damage form against my will The car company then has issues a claims service to harass me about their faulty tire trying to get me to pay for the defective tire which should be covered under warranty of the relatively new car anyway

Received a vm from *** the consumer stating that his complaint is ResolvedI called *** back to confirm its Resolved and he stated yes it is
