Area Manager Michael G*** spoke with Mr*** today regarding his return processHis rental fees were refunded due to the circumstances when returning and Mr*** has been reassured that training and follow up will continue with the individuals involvedAt the end of the conversation Mr
*** did state that he was satisfied with the result and that more than anything that the training and follow up would occur
