[redacted] signed his lease on 11/1/2012, his lease was for year and it was to expire on 10/31/ In July of we moved him out of his apartment on the 9th due to going to his apartment to check since he had not paid his rent It was vacant so we moved him out of our system He had an $ [redacted] so we turned him over to [redacted] and collected the $ [redacted] is only to collect the $not the remainder of the rent because we would try to collect or send to our own collection company The collection company said the they did get the paperwork saying they were not to collect it but they said they had been working months to try to get ahold of Mr [redacted] I personally found that hard to believe because Mr [redacted] still works at the same place he did when he lived at Wind Drift We did reach out to Mr [redacted] and once he got our email he did come in and make a payment arrangement of $per month until he paid it off He gave us a check in Dec and again in Jan and then we did not hear from him again until the collection company got to him and I am not sure of that date I got ahold of [redacted] to find out why they had turned it over to collection company and they told me that they did not turn it over to them only the $and they were not to collect the remainder I got InTouch with National Credit System and bottom line they returned Mr [redacted] s $and sent us the remainder of the money they collected minus $for their time I feel that the issue has been taken care of If this is not sufficient explanation please contact me at the below phone number Denise A [redacted] Property Manager Wind Drift Apartments 317-291-317-291-Fax da**@flco.com

[redacted] is only to collect the $500 not the remainder of the rent because we would try to collect or send to our own collection company. The collection company said the they did get the paperwork saying they were not to collect it but they said they had been working months to try to get ahold of Mr. [redacted].
