Hello,
I am not sure who this customer spoke with at national care package, but I reviewed the customers order, she placed an order on jan **, the package was shipped out on the **, to the facility to designated it to, when she place her order onlineshe called on the **,
asking about the order, why it wasn't delivered yet, and then said the package will be refused by the facility.
we have a very clear corporate policy on our website, which every single customer much agree to before checking out and placing their orderwe do not hide the policy or try to hide it from any customersthere is a clear section on the website, a tab titled "LEGAL" link: *** , please take the time to read that, actually ready the terms you agree to when you're are checking outthis order is in route to the facility,as of jan ***in the case that the package is refused, or returned by the facility for any reason, that package will be shipped to the buyer
again, our terms and conditions are very clear, and on the website for every customer to view at their liking. ***

I want to be very clear in this communication, foremost we are not bound by the Revdex.com of New York or any other agency, nor are we a non-profit, we are a privately held Corporation authorized within NYS with the NY Division of CorporationsWe do not have to adhere to the Revdex.com Standards in any which
way shape or formOur policy is very clear when packages are shipped and inclement weather is determined to take place and *** or *** delays a shipment due to inclement weather, that issue is not governed by National Care Packageit's common sense we cannot control weather or storms, and if that is the reason we are provided then that is the reason we give to our Consumer's. Moreover, we ar not obligated to refund partial shipping charges because a customer has an issue with an act of GODThis is the most itic thing to even discuss, This consumer was using profanity through the initial conversation, and when she couldn't get her way because of inclement weather she said I am going to the Revdex.com....WHO CARESI simply DONTWe are not bound to respond to anything from the Revdex.com it is not a Government Agency, Private Corporations do not have to adhere or respond to communications from the Revdex.com its just as simple factInstead of acting like a Lady, she behaved like itWe issue refunds even when our own Corporate policy states that we do not have toNational Care Package works with over 100,Federal, State & County Correctional FacilitiesWe have numerous Attorneys, working within the CorporationWe are not, nor will we, nor do we have to issue a partial refund to this Consumer, her behavior was appalling and still isMaybe the Revdex.com should give me a call and explain to me why we should even respond to these meaningless communications.

This order was fulfilled, shipped to facility, it was refused by the facility, we had the package shipped back to our warehouse, the customer was contacted to give them the option of having that package shipped to them for the flat rate provided by *** of $14, or the package would be discarded, as stated on the web site, in the corporate policy.
our terms and conditions clearly state, that there is a NO REFUND policy, and any packages refused by a facility for any reason will be discarded
we are willing to create a new package and have it shipped to the customer if they are willing to cover the 14$ shipping cost
if that is what they would like, we can do that
but there are no refunds
every customers must accept the company's cooperate policy, and website terms and conditions before placing their order

paid them over seventy dollars to deliver a small package to a jail that turns out does not take packages from outside companies. called them and was told that when the package came back to them they would credit my card minus the shipping but then they sent it to my house. I called and spoke to the same person who was very rude and so I asked for the supervisor and that person said she was the owner and got nastier so I said something nasty and hung up. she then called me and left a voicemail saying "no wonder your daughter is in jail with a mom like you". then I called my credit card company and found out they charged my card again yesterday for fifty-five dollars and fifty cents.
