While I admit that I did not respond to her email of May 5,
I have talked with her on the phone at least times and helped her with her
questions. I am busy and I am not always
available
We are giving this person a refund. The product she purchased is not
suitable for
her. Our sales systems are designed for
certain types of people who both have a sales background and a financial
planning background. Her learning curve
in reaching this prerequisite is overwhelming.
She just moved to Denver from out-of-state and desperately needs an
income
Our systems are designed for people who are already
successful in bringing in income. They
are not suitable for people who are desperate for just any income. It takes too much time to get up and
running. She was pressing me extremely
hard to guarantee her that she could make a good income in a matter of
weeks. I refused to give her that
assurance. It’s hard for us to tell
people that they are not suitable for certain activities. It just results in making them angry. Some people just don’t know their own
limitations and tend to blame others for those limitations
She was also consuming much of my time asking for elementary
support that I don’t have to give to other purchases as they are already
capable salespeople. I can’t train
someone to become a salesman over the phone.
Our systems do not offer this type of training and even though we’ve
sold hundreds of them to competent salespeople, no one has been as demanding as
this lady. She has no experience in our
particular market niche. I did not seek
her out. She called us on the phone and
was anxious to purchase our product from a description on our Internet site

re: Complaint ID [redacted], I have this to say about their response.1)  [redacted] and I have only communicated with each other on three occassions, not five as he states.2)  I do have a sales background, but not a complete financial background.  I have been selling Medicare products for over 10 years.  It was not disclosed in their offering materials that a person needs both a sales and a financial background to be able to perform this.  It was only after I paid and received these materials that it became clear that both are needed.  More disclosure should be given before the purchase.3)  His statement about, " Her learning curve in reaching this prerequisite is overwhelming" is quite a bit overblown.4)  I do not, "desperately needs an income" as I have an income from my over 10 years of Medicare sales coming from another state.  So I consider myself "successful" at bringing in an income for myself.5)  "She was pressing me extremely hard to guarantee her that she could make a good income in a matter of weeks."  This is a complete lie.  I never, ever asked or said anything of this sort.6)   "tend to blame others for those limitations."  Another outright lie.7)  "She has no experience in our particular market niche."  This I will agree with which is why I was interested in learning this.8)  "She called us on the phone and was anxious to purchase our product from a description on our Internet site."  This also is true.We are giving this person a refund.  Ok, so they state they are giving me a refund.  What do I need to do to receive this, return the materials or what??  Also, when can I expect to receive this refund?Also, I have a place on their website I would like to cancel out immediately.  Please do this and do not submit any further charges.So, based on all the above I do accept and do expect a FULL refund.
