I bought a riding mower at the Tractor supply company in Cullman Alabama on Friday 7-8-and was told it would be ready on Monday 7-11-I went on Monday evening to pick it up and was told that it wasn't even started yetI then asked when would it be ready and got told very rudely that it might be ready on Tuesday 7-12-I told them that was not acceptable and asked for a refund and they acted like they were doing me a favor by giving me my money back

I generally like Tractor Supply for all of our homesteading needsWe spend thousands there a yearToday when I went to go buy goat feed from the Hudsonville, MI location it was a couple minutes before closing which I admit, wasn't ideal, but I walked up to the door, was looked at by the clerk inside and the door was locked in my faceWe were so close to the door we could hear the click of the lock before he looked away and pretended not to see us standing thereIt was absolutely the most rude customer service I've experiencedI posted a review on the Facebook wall but it wasn't posted, big shock there

I just had a check denied by Tractor Supply when I purchase more than $per month at local store Have made large purchases for tractor equipment etc *** is a contractor to TS and this is what they said on slip *** did not decline your check, and is unable to provide me with specific information THEREFORE, they place the responsibility on TS
After an hour on phone with customer service at TS they were going to try to get information Meanwhile I called *** and got the following They researched and found some misinformation associated with my account but would not tell me what it was To say the least I am ticked off at *** but TS better pay attention to the slip that places the responsibility on TS for their misinformation Will I drive to Southern States now? MMM have bitter taste in mouth and have filled out evaluation forms etc will wait for response from TS

I tried to order a snow blower using their website for a 15% discount on New Year day I added it to the cart and when I went to pay it said item was not available in-store or online I called the store the next day to confirm if more would be coming in since their site said none were available I was told they had two available I asked if the discount can be applied since their site fraudulently stated none were available I was told no I then sent an email to their customer support which stated they would respond within one business day They didn't I then decided to call and talk to a person in Customer ServiceI wasted time with their phone maze which gives no option to talk to a person, just bounce from one menu to the next perhaps by design so you would just go away and not bother them I called the HQ and they forwarded me to a person in customer service After explaining the issue, they said they would get back to meThey didn't even ask for my phone number! I had to ask if they wanted it Too funny Needless to say they never called back even though I was told before the day ended I would get a call

My husband bought a water fountain from the Murphy Nc. Tractor Supply as a birthday gift for me .The next day when he went to put it together it was missing parts and one of the tubs was cracked. I immediately called up to the store only to get the most rude person that would not help me at all. She told me that if I wanted another fountain I would have to get on the internet to find one even thou they have a data base and all they have to do is punch in the item number and it will pull up other locations with the item in stock. But for me to find other locations I have to go to the website and type in a zip code and the website will tell me if that location has one or not. But with out zip codes I cant do anything. So I finally was able to pull up a list of every tractor supply by state with the complete address EXCEPT the zip codes. Then I copy those cities down and start in doing a zip code search on those cities then go back to the tractor supply website and enter each zip code one

The Barkhamsted Store in Connecticut has terrible customer service. I applied for a Tractor Supply Credit Card on 11-2-14 at the Customer Service Desk. The woman behind the desk did not have training to process the application. She claimed she never used computers and had a very difficult time entering the data from the application. Ultimately she entered the wrong amoung for my mortage and therefore I was denied credit. After calling the number on the letter I received, I learned she had entered my mortgage as $14, 700.00 and not $1490.00as indicated on the application. I called the store and spoke to the mananger who gave me nothing but excuses. I will never go back to this store as I have lost confidence in the people who work there.

the Atwater Ca Store's customer service is absolutely horrid. They are extremely unfriendly. I have gone in there several times and the service is the same...just bad. I have sent a complaint to the Company Headquarters and never received a reply...par for the course. I am done with these clowns and will take my business elseware
