This letter addresses
the
complaint from *** ***, a custodial parent whose back child support
case was placed with NCS for enforcement.
I am glad to have a chance to respondPlease accept this letter as a
formal response as you requested
National Child Support (NCS)
is Private Child Support Enforcement Agency (PCSEA). Since 1992, NCS has been providing
enforcement services to both government child support offices as well as
private custodial parentsNCS is a registered Private Child Support
Enforcement Agency in the Sate of Texas NCS has worked over a dozen-government child
support enforcement contracts yet also represents private custodial parents in
certain jurisdictions where we do not currently have government contracts. NCS has successfully enforced millions of
dollars for thousands of custodial parents.
To clarify our operating
policies as outlined in our contracts with our clients, our clients never
have to pay any money whatsoever for our services, upfront or otherwise. They
have no financial risk in NCS’s attempts to enforce. The risk is NCS’s risk and again never our
client’s. NCS can spend countless hours
working a case yet never be successful.
When this happens, we do not earn any fee or even cover our internal
costs for working the case As such, we carefully
pick and choose the cases we accept and screen them by talking with the
potential clients prior to agreeing to accept the cases
NCS accepted *** ***’s
case and was successful in collectingThe debtor has stopped payingAs
standard operating procedure, NCS continues to investigate with the goal being
to verify the location of and the income and assets of the debtor. Numerous databases were searched including
but not limited to the credit bureauNo stone went unturned in our attempt to
verify the income and assets of the debtor.
Unfortunately the debtor has no assets to pursue at this time
As outlined in her contract, ***
*** can terminate the contract with NCS since she has not received a
payment for monthsShe is free to seek other options in the collection of
her child support

be advised that [redacted]'s employment with [redacted] was verified
yesterday and a wage withholding has been mailed to them today
Reviewing
the file, I do not see any notation of National Child Support receiving an
email from Ms[redacted] supplying this employment information I do not doubt such an email was sent but I
would like to address this issue internally
I left
a message last evening at the phone number she provided in her complaint with
my name and direct phone number. She
could also respond via email at [redacted]
On
behalf of National Child Support I apologize to Ms[redacted] for the
inconvenience this may have caused
If
