I am rejecting this response because: I was told if I had any problems they have their own shop out back and labor is cheaper than most shops. I chose a reliable shop because it seems like they sell stuff that they know is bad and then want you to use their shop and pay them to fix it. I knew they wouldn't  take any responsibility on these issues, I just wanted people to beware.

[redacted] did indeed purchase a vehicle from us on June 27, 2017.  The vehicle was a 10 year old suv with 162000 mile plus,  It was checked out, front brakes  and rotors were replaced along with the normal oil change. No other issues were evident.  That being said, vehicles can have...

issues appear later.  We sell our vehicles as-is, nothing promised or implied.  However, we do tell all of our customers that if an issue should arise, please call us and we will attempt to resolve the problem.  [redacted] concerns were never brought to our attention.  Therefore, there was nothing we could do to assist her.  We have been doing business for many years, try to run our business with honesty and integrity.  However, we can not please all the people all the time.Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
