To whom it may concern, [redacted] contacted our company at 10:in the evening to tell, us that there was an issue with the damper that we installed and informed us that we needed to be at her house the next morning by 7: because she was leaving for over a month and would be unable to return to her country home prior to that, unfortunately we were unable to accommodate her and get there by 7:the next morningWe asked her to please call us as soon as she got back so we can schedule an appointment [redacted] had called when she got back to her country home, and we scheduled an appointment for a few days later, she was not home when we arrivedWe were unable to look at the damper because we needed to see the bottom of the chimney inside her houseShe called to reschedule but again, unfortunately she needed an appointment the next morning and was leaving again for quite some timeWe asked her to please call when she returns so that we can schedule an appointment to come out and inspect the damperWe have still not heard from herDue to scheduling conflicts and missed appointment in [redacted] part we were unable to perform the inspectionOur damper is under a lifetime warranty from our companyWe can not stand behind the work of any other company [redacted] would never have been asked to pay $for a repair that would have been free if she had used our companyBeing that we were not given the proper chance to come and inspect our work and make any necessary repairs, we feel it is not fair to have to pay $towards another companies work, as we would have stood behind our product and workmanshipThank you for your time and cooperation in this matter [redacted] ***
