I purchased an Audi Aand used Car Guru to search for carsI found the perfect car, advertised by the dealer on the websiteOptions from the advertisement were as follows: Sport Package, Leather Seats, Sunroof/Moonroof, S Line Package, Navigation System, Bluetooth, Premium Wheels, Backup Camera, Premium Package Based on the test drive, mileage and advertised options, I made an offerWe settled on a price, I wrote a personal check for the full amount and completed all document signingI returned later that afternoon to drive the car home Upon arriving home, I read the owner’s manualI realized that this car did NOT have many of the features/options that were listed on the advertisement posted by the dealership on Car Guru that brought me to see, drive and buy the carIt is my understanding that the car does NOT have the following options from the list above: Sport Package, S Line Package, Navigation System, Bluetooth, Premium Wheels, Backup Camera, Premium Package I called

The vehicle I purchased was advertised as having a clean CarFax report Had I known there was prior damage they covered up by making car look like it needed a wash, I wouldn't of purchased it
The dealer purposefully hid minor dings/paint damage
The dealer also covered up a previous repair that on front left bumper, paint doesn't match
Car was sold as in Excellent condition at Excellent Condition price
Dealer didn't disclose flaws, plus forced me to sign a waiver of day notice to change mind
I agreed to trade in my Versa for $3,600, the amount I owed on it I didn't think to check the paperwork, they purposefully only put down $1,on the contract They didn't attempt to negotiate, just hid it making me feel I should be happy someone financed the vehicle for me
Thus, I allege this dealer purposefully has sales practices They not only ripped me off both with the trade in but also for the price of car I purchased

we have cars on line that are advertised with a VIN decoderthis vehicle id number lists all optional items that a car or truck can come with from the factorywe do explain this to every customer before they purchase a vehicle. this was also explained to *** *** at the time of sale
this deal was being negotiated during two weeks and the buyer was aware of all the items we are more than happy to address any concern that he has with items that may not work properlyif he contacts us at *** I will be more than happy to take care of that

Review: I purchased a 2006 Lincoln Zepher 07/07/2013 and this vehical has engine issues and I have been requesting for them to repair the problem so I droped off my car 7/21/2013 to get it repaired by them and still this vehical is performing very badley and is going to cost me more money in the end, these problems didnt occure until I drove the car off the lot at the time of sale and took it home, by the next day I drove the vehical to work and noticed that the engine was pulling back to shift gears, and I have contact the dealership several times including dropping off my vehical off 7/21/2013 and that all that was on the Due Bill was to be taken care of, so I proceeded with their request, and I returned the next day after 5pm to pick my vehicle and nothing was done, Not only that but I just found out the Finance Co, they switched me too [redacted] Financial has a very bad reputation as well. so this whole experience of being a first time buyer is starting off completley unsatisfactory. I want people to know about this Automobile company and not to take any business to them use extremley high caution!!!!!!!!!!!!! These sales people think its a joke to ignore the issues and make the consumer feel like they just got taken. I feel sick to my stomache at the thought that my hard earned money is going to a LEMON OF A VEHICLE!Desired Settlement: Repair all engine damage and repairs need and stated on my Due Bill!!!!

Review: I purchased a 2006 Cadillac STS-V on the 06/16/2013 and as of yet all that was promised due with mechanical service has NOT been renderd, very unproffessional an they have been sweeping all my issues under the rug, I have spoken to the owner himself ([redacted]) and he keeps saying he will take care of it, and yet nothing has been delivered about the issue either, as a consumer this is very disturbing to know that lies and deceats of this company are happening and they get away with bad lemon business, I have offered taking my vehicle to another location so they can perform the repairs and for National City Auto City to take care of the bill and yet they wont comply, I have a Due Bill that was issued at the time of the signing of the contract and nothing has been performed from it. Please help ! They are ripping people off and selling vehicle with major repair issues.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to take care of the repairs they promised to take care of. and quit jerking me around.

Actually I spoke with [redacted] and she was satisfied . she promised me that this issue will be removed from Revdex.com. We addressed all her concerns and expect her to do her part. Review: Vehicle was advertised with options that did not come on the vehicle. One option that did come with the vehicle that was advertised doesn't work. I specifically asked the sales rep if it worked he replied, "yes". I count 6 items that were listed in the ad that weren't included in the vehicle.Desired Settlement: I just want the vehicle options that were described in the ad.

This was explained to me after I purchased the vehicle. To me their ad was a form of false advertisement. Why would they list options that aren't included with the vehicle if the vehicle didn't come with them?
