National Claims Negotiators Reviews (2)

February 4, 2016RE: Complaint #*** ** *** purchased a *** *** *** on 09/12/for $4,AS IS - NO WAR***Y. On 09/17/our Service Dept installed a rear view mirror. We never heard from the customer again.On 01/28/2016, his wife *** called our office
and I happened to answer the phone. The office was busy at the time she called I got her phone number and said someone would call her back after we looked into it. I actually pulled *** ***'s file and saw the signed AS IS - NO WAR***Y paperwork. So I called her back and left a message that there was no war***y and I was sorry I could not do more. She called back, not happy about that. She said her husband paid a lot to have the truck fixed. I asked the Sales Manager if there was anything that could be done. And I was told no, especially since we had not heard anything for 1/months. She called again and Elisa answered the phone. *** demanded to speak to the owner, who was not in the office at the time Elisa took a message and spoke to the owner when he returned to the office And he said the same thing, that it was sold AS IS as *** *** agreed to at the time of the sale on September 12, *** *** proceeded to keep calling back and hangion us MrG*** is very busy and just asked Elisa to explain to her that we will not pay for the repairs. She was very upset that Elisa would not pass her calls through to the owner*** *** was never "cursed out" by two rude female managers! Elisa did haon her when *** got out of lineI have attached documentation signed by *** ** *** supporting all of the facts that I just stated.Respectfully submitted,Starlene B***Accounting ManagerG*** Equity, Incdba Pocono Automart

I do not agree with the businesses response those 2 female managers were extremely rude and hung up on me numerous times to the point I asked to speak with the owner and they said he absolutely refused. I would like at least a courtesy call from the owner William G[redacted] to make good on this. If you look at his reviews for his business I am not the only person he sold a junk car that something bad happened to it within the first 30 days there are plenty of reviews stating to not buy from him. I have mechanic bills and  numerous [redacted] bills proving the engine blew in the first 30 days of buying this vehicle. But what upsets me most is the fact that if the owner William G[redacted] truly believes he didn't knowingly sell me a lemon car why does he not have the decency to pick up the phone and call me . It's all a scam he knew what he was doing when he sold me that truck.
