The truck Mr. [redacted] purchased is equipped with over sized wheels and tires. This is the reason his truck is harder to turn when it is at a stop. The power steering works fine while moving, but becomes stiffer while the truck is sitting still....

The only remedy for this problem is to change the tire size back to the original factory size.

If that was the case it would be stiff to turn the steering when cold. It only acts up when the truck is warmed up. I can start it in the morning put it in gear and it steers great even at a stop but as soon after driving it and it warms up it stiffens really bad when I shut it off and it cools down it steers fine again. If it was the tires it would do it all the time not when only when engine is hot. I talked to a person with the same truck and they had same size rims and said they never had the problem I was having

We never experienced the stiffness here at our dealership. He had every opportunity to get the vehicle checked out before the purchase. We gave our opinion to him that is all we can do for him at this time. He did buy this vehicle as is no warranty.

I am sorry to hear about Ms. [redacted] unfortunate incident with her vehicle. We do not perform Missouri State vehicle inspections at our dealership, all vehicles are sent to an independent inspection station. If there were any issues they should...

have addressed it with the inspector at that time. Ms. [redacted] elected on her own free will to purchase this vehicle AS-IS no warranty. Vehicles are made of hundreds of different parts, all of which may stop working at some time. Unfortunately, no mechanic can predict when a vehicle will need servicing. It is never our intent for a customer to be unhappy with their choice. Respectfully, [redacted] McCoy, Vice President.

The Jeep currently is sitting at [redacted], their number is [redacted]. They are saying the cheapest fix is to buy a whole new motor. You can call them to get all the details. We will be using [redacted] to make the repairs which will cost $[redacted]. The vehicle already had a problem when it was sitting on the lot for sale. One problem were the wipers not working, one of the stop lights did not work, had to get the new alternator (which I will gladly show the receipt for) and the exhaust had a hole so it could not pass inspection when we were told the car could and did pass inspection. I will continue pushing for some kind of resolution made by the McCoy Auto Scamming Company. I do not give up, they know what they did.

This is completely false. I asked about warranty, dealer said we could include it, he quickly changed the subject and threw paper work at me even though I said I was uncomfortable signing the papers without my fiancé reading through it. He said he could read it when my fiancé got there but when my fiancé arrived the dealer changed the subject again and turned our focus on something else. I do not appreciate a business that lies to the Revdex.com or the fact that they were so sneaky. I never received the warranty I asked for.

Ms. [redacted] was offered a warranty at the time of purchase but declined, agreeing to take on the responsibility of any and all repairs. If the independent Missouri State certified inspector missed something on his inspection we would have gladly repaired the problem at the time of purchase had we known. Again it is never our intentions for our customers to experience problems with the vehicles they purchase. This is our 22nd year in business and have had thousands of satisfied customers over the year.
