National Coalition for Police and Troopers

This "company" calls me multiple times a day saying that I made a pledge & they're calling to collect. When I tell them that I've already sent it & to please stop calling they tell me that they can't stop calling until they resolve the issue & refuse to acknowledge my request. The office that I spoke to most recently was actually in Birmingham, AL, but the lady on the phone refused to prove a location.
