Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/07/06) */

The Information we received was forwarded to the Manufacturer of the frame and they agree with us that the RV frame was bent by hitting an object. This Frame is...

a 6" Steel C channel and will not bend without undo force. Irregardless of poor workmanship (which we dispute)engineering states that it is virtually impossible to bend this C channel as presented by the consumer We will also Fax Documents from the manufacture of the frame

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/07/11) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
If we hit something with such force why is it that that part of the frame is the only part bent and cracked and how is it that we did not know about hitting anything if its with such force that's able to bend and break a steel frame? Like you said it would take force to damage such piece. Please also offer an explanation regarding the front bolts that was suppose to hold the aluminum front cover but in the end ended up being ripped off? Now how did WE manage to damage that? You instructed the dealer to open the trailer up to investigate, you don't agree with the claim. Yes, I get it warranty usually will always try to find a loophole to get out of addressing an issue and shedding some dollars. But to refuse to cover the cost to put the trailer back together after tearing it apart is absurd. If you go to a restaurant found a fly in your meal would you not call the manager to address the issue? If the manager accused you of putting that fly in your meal yourself to get free food but you know you didn't would you just walk away and live with it? Would you not dispute it and ask for a replacement meal or a refund? If they gave you a meal and charged you for both the meal with the fly and the replacement meal what would you do? How would you address that? I'd like to hear your point of view so I can make sense of the way you are handling this situation. Are you going to be ok dealing with customers, vendors or people in your life if they do such a half-[redacted] job?
