Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The Company has not refunded all the money for work not finished and has not made any effort to finish the workI have to hire another company to finish the work costing me an additionl which I already paid National Restoration and they only refunded me for other work which never did not for the work they did not complete on my garage I would like to be refunded the $950.00by National Restoration as soon as possible so I can get the work done Sincerely, [redacted] ***

National will look at the paperwork National will determine whether an additional refund is fairNational will be cooperative Sounds like money is what will resolve this dollars was already paid to the customer from National Work was done Fence repair, roofing, tree removals, and insurance negotiations National will pay more to resolve this and has made adjustments in the field so this doesn't happen againThank You

I hired this contractor after my home was damaged from a tornadoThey told me that they would do repairs to my home for the amount the Insurance coAlloedI asked many times for an estimateI did not receive till after they competed some if the workIt was much more then the Insurance company allowedIt took them over months to get my garage roof reshingled (which us the wrong color then it was suppose to be) They did very poor work and did not do what they are billing me forThey have not finished work and it has been over months leaving my garage exposed to more damangeI am very upset with the way they abandoned this job and took my money

National has already refunded the customer Nation is willing to work out the problems with the project if they are willing
