NCM made attempts to work with customer on his membership from January to June 2014, and on the last attempt customer flat out refused to pay for his
membership and contractCustomer has made some payments to a Collection Agency begining in August
Customer has not attempted to use the club even once to save money even though he could have
The rest of his comments are not true and are just an attempt to slander NCM
NCM's website has over catalogs and 2,000,products to view and shop from for members in good standingThe low direct and wholesale pricing cannot be published online because of the confidentiality agreements and requirements of factories and their distributors
NCM is not a retail outlet in any form or fashion and operates as a wholesale club with prices that average 45% lower than the retail market place
Making complaints about NCM comparing us to the retail market place is like complaining that a *** *** is not a *** ***
To avoid delays and problems with the vast array of goods and information NCM does all price quoting on the phone with our customersMany problems and much time is saved by this personal interaction

WowI find it very interesting how quickly NCM responds to complaints filed about them in public to make themselves look good by responding in a timely manner, but any complaint made directly to NCM to the "person" answering the phone or *** is thoroughly ignoredQuiet honestly I have yet to feel comfortable using the membership even though I have attempted to do so several timesTelling an active member "Just call us and tell us what you want and we will see if we have it" isn't worth a membership worth $2000-$and exactly the way to keep active members engaged on your 26,member savings planTelling active members "we might have it, we might not have it" or "sometimes we do sometimes we don't" isn't very progressiveIt's uncomfortable giving a different person all of my personal information every time I callI do not feel as if I have a relationship with NCM or its "savings plan".If my membership is good to use anytime why haven't I been able to search your wonderful website? This conversation can go on and on without a resolutionAs I explained and complained time and time again I have tried to use your so called "savings plan" and the "savings plan" I requested does not existSince I made my first payment in January I have tried and continue to get misdirectedDon't sit there and claim I haven't paid cause that is a flat lieIt doesn't matter if my bill was sent to collections or notThe point is I have been making consistent payments every month for over a year just like thousands of NCM's other hard working AmericansDon't sit here and try to sugarcoat your lack of of an honest "business"Your ripping honest people offLet's get realAnd you think I'm actually trying to pick a fight? Once again NCM does not have any knowledge or records of this person filing this complaint NCM did verify the name that is now listed as a husband in the complaint and this account is in collections and legal since October You must contact *** *** Services for any issues since this account has been in default and is in the legal process

husbands name, [redacted], and nothing about this complaint is fabricated or untrue. Once again, this business continues to lie and attempt to bully their customers. We had requested this business pull the recordings and they refuse to do so because they continue to maintain "they would never lie to their clients". We have made two separate trips into the store to resolve this matter years ago. The contact was canceled and the business continues to report fraudulent information on our credit.

I have watched videos of the parking lot while out on lunch or dinner and you must be invisible because you were not at our store for a week straight. All calls and message are always returned on same day from customer service.
Your orders are being handled according to the terms in the club membership and club terms.
Every order and time you have used the club everything has been handled according to club policy and paperwork.
Thank you for apologizing on your last visit after reading the information on our order form.
NCM is here to save you money. Saving our members the most amount of money is our number one priority.
NCM is not a retailer but a wholesale buying service with thousands of club members. NCM does not operate or can operate like a store or any other business that you are use to.

You and your husband saved on every item you purchased. Your savings were exactly as presented. You bought 24 AMC movie tickets at $6.25 each. This was a huge savings. You purchased 2 different...

NCM set up a special account for your husband with a Construction Supply Company to get what he wanted.
NCM tracked down a very special Betsy Ross Flag for you.
NCM saved you money on a hood and quoted you saving on a new garbage disposer.
The only order with a problem was a phone that was purchased and signed for as an extension instead of the base phone that you wanted. Most likely a human error on the model number. NCM refunded your money.
You and your husband saved at the club just as you should and then you just quit using and saving at your club 3 years ago. Why do you now slander NCM?
NCM is here waiting to save you as in the past. NCM has a guarantee that promises your savings. No one has ever collected or needed to use this guarantee in NCM's 24 years in business because everyone always save more than NCM promises.

The things we did get took forever to get and I could have found several things cheaper but choose to try and work with NCM because their customer service agents were rude and threatening. I never intend to shop at NCM ever again and because of that there is no reason to continue paying the yearly membership fee yet if I don't pay it the charge will continue to accrue. It's not right that I should have to pay $50 a year for something I'll never use. Revdex.com, what recourse do I have? All I want going further is to cancel my membership and not have to pay the yearly $50.00 fee.

If you buy a car and park it in the driveway never to drive it you will never have to buy gas for it.
If you want to park your membership you of course do not have to pay the annual due. It is entirely up to you to drive or not, or save or not.
Your savings file was checked on your comments for items purchased and every item came in within the stated terms of the club.
If you do not want to use the club that is your choice, but please do not slander NCM for doing exactly what NCM claims and has done for the last 23 years and for our 26,000 members.
NCM has over 2 Million products that we save our members thousands on every week. NCM has a savings guarantee that promises you will save with NCM and can never lose.
Nothing in all your orders happened outside the printed and stated terms of your membership. These terms have always been the same for 23 years. Nothing has changed in those terms.
NCM will always honor your membership if you ever decide to save money on your future purchases.
NCM will note your file for special terms on your annual dues if you choose to ever save again with NCM and your club.
