Regarding: R [redacted] Pkwy Apt 204  Mission Viejo, CA 92692 We are very sorry about this situation. Due to an internal miscommunication, Mr. [redacted]’s new scanning equipment should have been sent to him in a timely manner, and he should not have been dropped from the panel....
