I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Also, this debt is not mine and I don't appreciate being harassed by this companyI'm not gonna disrupt my busy life Regards, [redacted]
We have received this complaint and in fact have done our due diligence in validating this debt prior to contacting this debtor and followed all of the rules of the FDCPA in order to collect on this valid debtWe have attached a copy of the validation letter we sent Ms***If Ms
*** is willing to make voluntary arrangements with our company we would be willing to assist her with several payment options
To whom it may concern,Our company has not had any direct contact with Mr***. We recently acquired his debt on 8/27/and one of our representatives made a call on 11/13/to the phone number listed on his account which happened to be a work phone number, that our representative
immediately removed. Our agency never misrepresents itself claiming to be a law firm or law enforcementMr*** in his complaint admitted to the debt that he currently owes and his account is still within the statute of limitation as it charged off in 2/11/We are willing to offer Mr*** a settlement offer or other arrangements for repayment if he is willing to do so
***,This letter is with respect to complaint ID *** submitted 7/10/2015. This correspondence is an effort to preserve the “good will” and integrity of our business. This consumer has alleged that she has been contacted by our agency regarding collection efforts on an account
that she does not owe. Whenever collecting on any account or portfolio, we first conduct our due diligence verifying that we would have the correct party. We also adhere to all protocol as prescribed by the FDCPAShe received a dunning notice from our company and has not contacted our company via phone or letter to dispute the debt which she is instructed to do in response to the letterAll dunning notices that we provide contain the original creditor and account number so that the debtor can do their due diligence and reference the previous account for validationThe amount she owes is valid as her debt was a high interest yielding loanThe terms she agreed to when signing the deferred presentment services agreement stated she would be liable for the original amount of the debt including all late fees subject to defaulting on the loan which she in fact did doIn summation we would still assist her with taking care of this debt whether it is via settlement offer or payment arrangement or forwarding the account back to the original creditor as a disputeNo matter what we will continue to service our customers with the highest level of professionalism and service. With Regards, Compliance Department National Credit Assets

This does resolve my issue I don't wish to have them to call my employer any longer and based on the findings it appears they have removed my employer phone numberI do not wish to resolve this matter because it has been placed on my credit report. Regards, *** ***
