Customer claims when requesting her password our systems did
not recognize her email address.A review of Ms. [redacted]’s situation shows that she may have
either mistyped or used a different email address than what she initially used
to set up her account. This may be why our systems did not...

recognize her email.
Either way, we issued a full refund and still attempted to contact the customer
to determine exactly what may have caused the email issue, but were forced to
leave a message on 6/26 at approx 2:55 pm.For future situations where a customer files a complaint, it
is greatly appreciated if the Bureau requests that a customer make at least one
attempt to contact the company to resolve the issue prior to accepting the
complaint. For new customers the company both sends a “Welcome” email immediately
upon receipt of an order and an Introductory letter mailed within one business
day first class via USPS with company contact information in case there is a
question or concern. We did not hear from the customer prior to receiving the
complaint, so we felt as though the customer never gave us a chance to rectify
the situation prior to submitting the complaint. If anybody should have any
