This Company is FantasticI had NO credit scores before starting with them, months of repair I was able to get a few cards in my name and by the time They were finished with my credit I was at a dealership buying a brand new car! SO MUCH THANKS to the people of this companyThey are always there to answer questions and Thanks to Sean and Carie for helping me change my life

It's true you can't please everyone, although we try very hard! Let me address your issues one by one First we do not dodge anyone's call Your complaint says that you emailed me directly and I never responded I checked our email logs thoroughly and I have never received an email from you I also checked for emails going out to you I found the following emails to you (please note this list does NOT include system generated emails - these are the hand done emails by my staff) During the first contract for service from April to October: April April April April May May May June June July July July August August August Aug Sept Sept Oct Oct Oct During the second term of service from December through March Dec Dec Dec Dec Jan Jan Feb Feb Feb Feb Feb Feb March March March March I respectfully respond that after reviewing the email logs that were in fact communicating with you all throughout the processYour next issue is that you requested a copy of your file I personally have sent it to you previous to this complaint being filed I sent pages of work that we did on your behalf which was for just one of the two of you It's true no credit repair company can guarantee any amount of success What we do is offer a warranty that we will remove at least 25% of the negative items In your particular situation, we removed 49% and 71% of the negative items on your credit profiles Your complaint states that we have a lack of desire to rectify this situation and asked for a refund You can't say we have a lack of desire to rectify the situation if this is the first time you have ever asked for a refund Maybe you are psychic though because my answer is no, I am not willing to issue a refund on this case Based on the email trails that I provided above, I do not believe your statement in your complaint that we emailed you at most once per month I also do not believe you sent me an email as I found no record of one I do believe that we worked hard on your file and generated the best success for you that we could You can't possible look at those pages that I sent you (the work for just one of you) and say we were not working hard for you I am truly sorry that you are dissatisfied We pride ourselves on happy clients and I do feel like a failure when people are unhappy even if I disagree with your assessment of the situation Sincerely [redacted]

National Credit Fixers has drastically repaired my credit in monthsI will continue to use them and refer them to anyone concerned about their creditThey definitely know what they are doingThey do not update via phone often due to working diligently for their clients but are available if their is a concernI am not an employee however I am a client (Note: don't contact them unless you are serious about fixing your credit, in the meantime he can continue to work on mine ;)I was a bit skeptical at first but Matt has removed any doubt after seeing what he has done in such a short time

I had the absolute bet experience working with National Credit Fixers!! When I first joined their team, my credit score was not where it should have been- mainly because of a lot of outdated negative marks, some of which did not even belong to me National Credit Fixers disputed the incorrect data with the credit bureaus on my behalf and the outcome was amazing- removing all of the old or incorrect data caused my credit score to increase by more than points in only a few short months!! And, most importantly, enabled me to get the loan I desperately needed! If it weren't for National Credit Fixers- I would have never been able to improve my credit score or get approved for my loan!!! They were professional, very courteous and never made me feel like I was a bother whenever I called or emailed with questions I highly recommend working with National Credit Fixers to help restore your credit today!!!

National Credit Fixers is an amazing company. They are experienced and professional. I would highly recommend this company. I'm amazed at how fast things are moving along. Very highly recommended.

I had a very positive and professional experience with NCF. They were always available for questions and were on time witj updated information. GREAT ATTITUDE AND VERY KNOWLEDGABLE !!!

National Credit Fixers has drastically repaired my credit in 5 months. I will continue to use them and refer them to anyone concerned about their credit. They definitely know what they are doing. They do not update via phone often due to working diligently for their clients but are available if their is a concern. I am not an employee however I am a client (Note: don't contact them unless you are serious about fixing your credit, in the meantime he can continue to work on mine ;). I was a bit skeptical at first but Matt has removed any doubt after seeing what he has done in such a short time.
