conduct his due diligence and walk into a US Bank and speak to a branch manager to get some detailed information regarding the account
I called Mr***’s cell phone again today and left another voicemailHe has made effort to contact anyone and conduct any sort of due diligenceThis is a stall tactic used by the client and unfortunately we cannot sit around while he makes claims about our company and the way we conduct businessAll call are recorded and will be present in the legal forum if need be

Review: They contacted me 2 weeks ago saying that I had a debt with [redacted] that needed to be payed and that I needed to go into a [redacted] here in town to deposit my payment into a bank account. I have since pulled my credit and have no collections with [redacted] on it. They have my Social Security number and my birth date and access to my address. I have since researched them on the internet and found out the same number and company has been involved with this kind of fraud. I have put a fraud alert on my credit, and am afraid that they will be able either access my credit or my personal bank accounts.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to stop calling and emailing me trying to get me to deposit money in a bank account and/or give them my credit card information. I would also like to know how they got my information in the first place.
