To whom it may concern, after investigating the matter mentioned above, our office did attempt to contact the consumer regarding an alleged debtWe have also contacted the references listed on the application in which the consumer gave authorization to when applying for the loan that she obtained
Under no circumstances does this office allow or authorize the use of threatening tactics towards consumers or their family membersThe employee who spoke to the consumer stated the the consumer continuously called this office a scam and was screaming non stopThere are obviously two sides to the story, however I affirm that our office is dedicated in holding our employees to the highest standard of professionalismTherefore, I will close this account and send it back to the creditorWe will cease and desist all communications with the consumerThank you, Steven S***
