Review: the dentist in question failed to submit the appropriate paperwork for payment and then decided to send this payment for collections. I contact the company to pay the balance of $105.00 however I wanted the issue resolved from my credit report. The company stated it was illegal to delete the account according to the Fair Credit Reporting Act and that statement in itself, is actually a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
The company agreed to delete the account for payment, after the fact they said they will not delete the account and therefore violating our original agreement.Desired Settlement: Would like the info deleted from my credit report, when satisfaction of payment.
