Our project manager, Scott and myself have left her voicemails to make sure she is 100% satisfied. It would be great to have this ‘mark’ wiped off standing with the Revdex.com. The project had issues with the county and permitting regarding the owners wishes to place a hot tub within the sunroom. Home owner is fully aware of those issues and even helped by intervening with the county.  The county finally but a competent inspector on the job and the job progressed. The...

job  has been completed as far as it can go until the owner supplies the hot tub. TRS only has the final electric hook up once the hot tub is delivered. We can not order final inspection until the hot tub is installed. [redacted] has been dealing with the health of her husband and we have not pushed her to get the hot tub delivered. It is my understanding that unfortunately her husband passed away Tuesday. We are ready to complete the job and will work with her in any way we can to assist her.
