I bought a wheel from them directly and it arrived right on time. I had no priblem with this company. The only problem I found that it is a Lendrum in disguise and I feel the plans for a Lendrum was used illegally. Had I known this was a Lendrum in disguise, I would never have purchased it.

I signed on as a dealer with this company in January 2014. In April, I placed a wholesale order for a customer and was told 3 weeks to fulfillment. After 4 weeks had passed, I was told it would be an additional 6 weeks. My customer said she would wait. On July 4th, I was told the wheel would be shipped the following week. I paid the wholesale invoice on July 8th. On July 11th, no tracking number had been received. On July 14, attempts to contact Mr. [redacted] were made, only to find that both known phone numbers were out of service. I filed a dispute with [redacted] to protect my investment and sent email to Mr. [redacted] asking what was going on, where was my customer's wheel, and further informing him that once this transaction was complete, I would not be selling any more wheels for him. He said the wheel would ship the following day. On July 15 and 16, I still didn't receive any information and sent email each day asking for the tracking number. On July 17th, Mr. [redacted] refunded my money. To keep the customer happy, I sent her my personal wheel, for which I had paid full retail price (that's what you have to do to become a dealer for this company). Altogether, with the shipping I paid for my personal wheel and the packaging and shipping I paid to send it to my customer, I ended up negative around $300. Of note is that I am aware that Mr. [redacted] sold and shipped several wheels direct to consumer or to people he terms dealers at full retail price in the time between when I ordered my customer's wheel at wholesale price and he refunded my money. I know this via social media postings by people who were reporting they had received wheels I do not recommend doing business with Mr. [redacted]. His story changes as things go along. He will put nothing in writing. He doesn't even ask for business resale information -- perhaps because at the time all this happened he didn't have a business license in the State of Washington for himself. His LLC is registered in Nevada, but nothing is registered in Washington -- at least not as of July 2015. Proceed with caution should you decide to deal with this company.

I ordered a spinning wheel for a customer with a 6-8 week delivery date. This is now week number 10 from the date of my customer's order. All telephone numbers for this company have been disconnected. I am not the only dealer who is in this predicament. I have taken a deposit of $100 from my customer but not yet paid anything to [redacted]. I had, however, ordered a standard bobbin for which I paid $35.00. What I received from [redacted] was an obviously used bobbin (I have photographic evidence). I filed a dispute with Paypal, [redacted] refunded my $35.00 and told me to keep the used bobbin for free and he closed the dispute. This is after I threatened to file a complaint with the WA Attorney General's Office. I again ordered a new bobbin and paid [redacted] $35.00 for the bobbin. My $35.00 was refunded a second time.My biggest concern is [redacted] is setting up a scam dealership network, getting people to purchase wheels at full price and then not fulfilling his "dealer" orders at reduced pricing. This has happened to me, [redacted] (dealer in OR), [redacted] (dealer in CT). In addition, [redacted] is selling direct to the consumer through his website and processing those orders in front of his "dealer" orders.Also, [redacted] has not taken any resale information or federal tax ID info from any dealersDesired Settlement: I would like [redacted] to fulfill my customer order for a [redacted] Complete Custom Classic Spinning Package ($777 dealer price) so that I can complete the sale to my customer. [redacted] is refusing to communicate with me, having cancelled my dealership with his company due to alleged harassment.
