National Debt Education Relief

This company contacted me by phone offering to lower my student loan debt, I'm on the national do not call list& have been since July 2018
After telling the person on the phone that I was on the do not call list, he continued pitching to me & even texted me a few times the following day with his email & number , since I am in Texas , I recorded the call. .

On October 18th 2919 I recieved a call from National Dept Education Relief saying I could pay my outstanding student loan of 1,751 dollars if I'm willing to make 4 payments of 78.25 for next four months. So I signed a contract saying I was willing to do that so I made the first payment on October 18th and the next payment was November 18th 2019 but my other loan kept contacting me that I need to contact them to work out the paymentment agreement. So I contacted NDER and told them that the loan people that owned my student loan of 1,751 kept sending letters so they sent me forms and told me sign one of them of them so I sent it. Then I contact them told them about the fax I sent and they told me it was a scam so I contacted the NDER and sent me to a lady name Joan my loan officer and she assured me it wasn't so I thought maybe I sent the wrong ones but I look and they had the same tree symbol as my loan student loan had so I thought maybe I sent wrong ones but then I look see I sent the right ones and so call them again and like I mite sent the wrong papers but noticed I didn't so I said get back to them then I get a text saying they want to take out other payment on the 23 of November after making the contract agreement it was on the 18th I already paid them 174.50 and in contract so sent them a cancel letter to get out of contract and going to go my bank put cancel to it. And would like my money back but more important out of this contract cause they have my SSI number now.
