I received a pink "IMPORTANT SECOND NOTICE" letter dated February 12, I did a quick Internet search because I was certain I did not owe anyone $20,This letter is nothing but a scam

I also received the "Second Notice" showing an estimated 20k balance that I could settle for 10k The small print at the bottom does basically tell you that the entire notice is a complete and utter fabrication, but it is very misleading and I bet a lot of people fall for this Very unethical I called to complain and was talked down to as being too stupid to understand what I had in front of me and they then hung up on me when it became clear to them that I was not interested in their "offer" but only wanted to express my anger Hope these people get sued or put out of business

If I could upload a photo I would Received a "second notice" in the mail that I had $in debt and they could propose a settlement for $or payments of $Number listed is 800-517-Address listed is Garden Oaks Blvd #Houston Tx SCAM

Received an advertisement that was designed to appear as a "Second Notice" collection letter No company name was included in the advertisement When the number on the advertisement was called, the initial employee did not want to disclose the name of the company What self-respecting business operates like that?

Received a non-sense "Second Notice" letter, wasted me minutes to find out what NDG is - junk

Received a letter saying I owed them $20,just like with other customersDid not list there name on the letter outside of "Client Negotiations Department"

Received a bright pink "Important Second Notice" from the listed addressSimilar demands for payments, and new proposed termHowever, the name of the company has been changed to Client Negotiations DepartmentAlso the phone number on the form is 800-551-7994, and appears no less than timesThis is obviously a scamToo bad the government only issued a cease and desist order, and not prosecute these scam artists

I have received a "Second Notice" from NDG Company claiming I owe 24,There was no information as to when, why, or to who it was owed Just a "settlement" offer of $12,and a $per month payment planI have paid ALL bills promptly and hope that the Revdex.com will stop this "company" from processing bogus claims against honest, hard working people

I also received their "Important Second Notice" in the mail today This is meant to look EXACTLY like a collection action notice, right down to the signature of; "Client Negotiations Department." There is VERY small print at the bottom signifying what this supposed "program" is about But up until those five lines of miniature print, it looks exactly like a collection notice!

Am thankful for Revdex.com and being proactive to see this NDG is a scam.....and yet it's unfortunate because financial debt is pretty crippling and yet this organization seems to think its okay to try fool people who are really struggling with debt :( I received my "IMPORTANT SECOND NOTICE" via *** regular mail today and really thought it was a good opportunity to reduce my debt but the more I kept reading over the letter the more it just seemed too good to be true so I decided to research it w/the Revdex.com and low and behold it has a 100% Negative rating and appears to be a scam I'm just glad I checked first, before falling for it!

I received a pink notice from this group that was a "second notice"that I owed 23,000 dollars and that this company could "restructure" the balance to 11,500.It was obviously a scam but I was thinking some other people that get this message might be duped into calling the 800 number-this company must be stopped!

Received an advertisement that was designed to appear as a "Second Notice" collection letter. No company name was included in the advertisement. When the number on the advertisement was called, the initial employee did not want to disclose the name of the company. What self-respecting business operates like that?

Just wanted to reiterate other negative reviews, and add a different address/phone number from this "company." The letter I received came from 337 Garden Oaks Blvd. #56676, Houston, TX 77018. The phone number was 800-582-4662. The letter contained no actual information on any debt I have (no names of creditors or actual dollar amounts), just an "estimated creditor balance." The letter was only a second notice, so I assume a final notice will be on the way.

Today 11/28/16, I got the same threatening "second notice" letter from these clowns. I don't even owe $20,000 on my credit card! This is a form letter they send to people in order to intimidate them into calling and signing up for their debt services. It is an unethical and deceptive way to do business. I have no idea how these people got my husband's name and address. These people appear to be nothing but a bunch of SCAMMERS trying to take advantage of people. I am in my 60s, so I'm wondering if these jerks are targeting seniors? Don't fall for their phony scam. Throw away their letter and any ensuing ones you receive.

I also received a "Second Notice" saying I have an estimated $20k balance and they can settle for $10k with monthly payments of $300 for 36 months. There is no name or signature on this letter, it has Client Negotiations Department where the signature should be. Lists address of 337 Garden Oaks Blvd #56676, Houston, TX 77018 and I have a different phone number of 800-551-3885.
They're definitely out there to scam people. Thank you to all the previous reviewers for helping us not to fall for this scam. When I [redacted] the phone number, nothing came up. I am glad I found your reviews. Thank you

re: Frightening & Misleading Letter for $32,000 Debt
Beware the NDG / National Debt Group. They mailed a FRIGHTENING LETTER to my dad, saying they could cut his $32,000 debt in half (Jan 3, 201). The letter looked like my dad was SERIOUSLY PAST DUE and that they were a collections agency willing to settle.
My dad almost mailed them $16,000, but I called and found out it they had created a general DIRECT MAIL SCHEME that was mailed to every elderly person in his state.
This National Debt Group had no real info on my father. They MADE UP THE $32,000 FINANCIAL DEBT info!!! He has ZERO DEBT!
To protect yourself from them, you have to be pretty smart, ask LOT'S of questions, and be clear-headed. My dad and his friends have lost these talents due to age/medications. They are now PRIME TARGETS foe schemes like ths NDG.
My family requests:
1. Please stop NDG: fine, jail & close them down!!!
2. Require that all "debt help" letters clearly state that the company: a) HAS NO REAL INFO on the person they are pitching to, and b) they are NOT a collections agency.
Thank you, Dave in Austin, Texas
to ask a lot of questions to get them to announce this. My father has ZERO DEBT.

If I could upload a photo I would. Received a "second notice" in the mail that I had $20000 in debt and they could propose a settlement for $10000 or 36 payments of $300
