National Detailing

Review: I have purchased services through [redacted] for a detailing package. I contacted the National Detailing web site to schedule an appointment to detail my car. The date was set for March 29th @ 3:00 pm. I recieved an email a day before the schedule date to confirm the time. The time for service came and no one showed up at 3:00pm I waited until 3:50pm to call the number from the web site. The answering service told me that they only can only forward me message. No one called me back. I left 4 more messages over the past 2 days and still there was no call back. I have looked further for more information about the company and found that I was not the only one that received the same treatment. Here is the link to the other complaints about this compnay. Review: I purchased an auto detailing package from National Detailing through [redacted] in March 2013. They repeatedly booked appointments and then did not show up. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. The first appointment was booked over the phone, but ever since the initial phone call, anytime I call I reach an answering service. I made the rest of the appointments online because I could not reach anyone over the phone and they emailed me appointment confirmations but then did not show up.

I looked the company up on [redacted].com and saw that all the other customers had the same experience. Appointment booked, no show, no answer. This is a fake company stealing people's money. I can't find an address online so I am using this address that came up when I searched for the phone number. There are two others with the same phone number. I will be filing complaints on those as well.Desired Settlement: I want my money back and I want this SCAM company shut down.

Review: I was on the daily [redacted] website when I saw a daily deal from National Detailing for a Mobile Detail at my home. I thought this would be a perfect gift. I signed up for the [redacted] account in order to purchase this daily deal. I purchased what was called a PLATNIUM PRE PAID detail package. Once I purchased the coupon I was then transferred to the website for National Detail. Upon creating an account and entering my coupon number which was already now paid for, I was able to schedule an appointment. Mind you, I purchased this coupon on 5/2/2013 and at that time said the scheduling was one week away, when on the actual company website the actual appointment could not be booked until 7/19/2013 at 3pm. So I booked the appointment and now here we are the night before with an APPOINTMENT CANCELLED EMAIL just as everyone has reported. When I called the toll free number for the company ###-###-#### an agent answers and states she can only book appointment can not see appointments. When you email the email on file which is [email protected] no on ever replies. This is clearly a company scam who has received tons of money for providing no services. When I contacted [redacted] they said sorry refunds are only within 7 days. Please help, I am looking to report this horrible company and also get my money back[redacted]Desired Settlement: I paid $99.00 thru the [redacted] website for this coupon in which now [redacted] is saying refunds are only within 7 days. Sounds like a double scam
