Apparently my complaint was transferred to you. I need to report that I no longer have a complaint.
Review: Automatic credit card transaction didn't go through. No reason given in the email provided. Was told to contact them. Have been trying to contact them by phone, chat, email. Email bounced. Left multiple voicemails. No calls back. I was told by an employee named "[redacted]" that his supervisor would get in touch with me asap. That was two days ago as of 8-1-14. We had our first payment go through just fine last month.
