Review: I purchased ads for the 2013-2014 Lake County edition on 8/7/2012. I paid by check and have not heard from them or seen any directories.

I have called the toll free numbers on their website and they are out of order. Their website, www.lakecountylocalsearch.com does not work. The searches of the directory do not work.

Desired Settlement: $432.00 for ads not produced.
