Their accounting system is totally inadequate to support the resolution of customer complaintsThe records they have available for me to review does not show the recording of paymentsIt is entirely possible for them to have received a payment from me and have posted it to some one else's accountIt is for this reason, that after more than years as customer, I canceled my account and hope to never deal with them again. You can consider this matter closed because the company says they cannot provide the requested informationI will pay their final invoice when I receive one that reflects a true and accurate balance of what I owe
