We've noticed a clear pattern lately of complaints being instigated by deceptive claims by our competitor, Domain Listings, LLC. Nothing in the solicitation that you received from National Domains, LLC stated or implied any relationship to Domain Listings, LLC whatsoever - that's a fallacy created by our competitor. It's a shame that the Revdex.com is allowing these attacks by an unscrupulous competitor to negatively impact our Revdex.com rating.

It's unfortunate that you didn't contact us directly before contacting the Revdex.com, as we're certain that we provide greater value than Domain Listings, LLC AND a better price.

For example, I don't suppose that Domain Listings, LLC told you that when you advertise with them, your listing is only placed on one directory. When you advertise with National Domains, LLC though, your listing is immediately placed on two directories, and we'll be adding many more directories to our network in the coming weeks. All of these extra directory listings are included as value added services, for no extra charge, when you choose to advertise with National Domains, LLC.

Did Domain Listings, LLC explain to you that your listing with National Domains, LLC provides greater detail about your business than your listing with Domain Listings, LLC? Every listing on the National Domains Directory includes pictures and/or a screenshot of your website, WHOIS information relating to your domain name, a description of your business, and complete contact information for your business. Domain Listings, LLC cannot say the same.

I don't suppose that Domain Listings, LLC told you that the more inbound links that you have to your website, the better the effects on your overall search engine rankings? In other words, the more directories your website appears in, the better your odds of top rankings in search results on sites like Google, Bing, and Yahoo. As mentioned above, National Domains, LLC is doing our part to help generate lots of inbound links for our customers. In this vein, it's also useful to have a listing in the Domain Listings, LLC directory IN ADDITION TO the National Domains directories, but I'm pretty sure they didn't tell you that.

Finally, I don't suppose Domain Listings, LLC mentioned that their prices are substantially higher than National Domains, LLC - especially over the span of multiple years. For example, advertising with National Domains, LLC would cost you $840, but advertising with Domain Listings, LLC would cost you $1140.

Plain and simple: It is our belief that more directory listings are better. We believe that it's a good investment to advertise with Domain Listings, LLC AND National Domains, LLC. That said, if it's a one or the other decision, we believe that you were deceived into cancelling your listing with us in order to advertise on an inferior directory with them.

The solicitation that you received clearly stated the following in large, bold, all caps text:

"- This annual domain name listing service provides annual website domain name listing on the National Domains internet directory."

"- This is a solicitation for the order of goods or services, or both, and not a bill, invoice, or statement of account due. You are under no obligation to make any payments on account of this offer unless you accept this offer."

We have mailed you a check for a full refund; you should have received it by now. We'd love to have a chance to discuss this matter with you privately, to have a chance to earn your business back. We're confident that you'll agree that National Domains, LLC offers the absolute best Annual Domain Name Listing available on the market.
