I went here to take my driving testThe staff inside the building were courteous, though I could tell from all the signs around the room and the papers they had me sign that they were used to dealing with less than friendly customersPerhaps this is because they are less than friendly themselvesThe instructor who tested me was impersonal, rude whenever I spoke, and critical of the safe driving practices I was taught by my previous driver's education schoolI passed and he pointed out a few legitimate mistakes I made and numerous safe driving practices that he didn't like as if they were also official mistakesThe way he pointed them out was extremely unpleasantWhen I am being courteous myself, especially when I am paying for a service, I expect that courtesy to be returnedHe took my questions for clarification as arguments with his assessmentThe experience was so awful I was in tears at the DMV afterwardsNot what I expected from a professional tester
