Review: I got National E-Payment credit card reader beginning in July. I have had many billing issues with them. I call each time and they refunded 2 of them but now refuse to refund a third issue. I told them I would cancel and send the unit back on 8/*/13. I had the Credit Card reader about 34 days. In 34 days I have had 5 major issued and I NEVER USED THE MACHINE. I used the credit card reader one time with my own credit card because the unit wouldn't work at first. I was on phone with tech support for about an hour finally got it to work and I used my card to test it. That is the only use I ever used the item. My first issue was that they billed me for June. I didn't have item in June. That was refunded. Second issue was the reader didn't work and I had to be with support for an hour. Finally got it to work. I was taken care of at least but not a good start. Then July ** I called and notified National Epayments that I didn't use machine. I was told by the sales rep I had to do that because I would be charged a nonuse fee and that would be refunded. I requested and received an email from the sales rep that I would be refunded. I will supply copy at your request. On July ** I was told nonuse fee would not be refunded. Then I looked at my bill and not only did I not get a refund by I I was charged twice for the same bill. I was refunded today the second overcharge but I am still owed $25 for overcharge of bill. I HAD THIS PRODUCT ONE MONTH AND HAVE HAD SO MANY ISSUES I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY. I sent cancel letter yesterday and was told it would take 30 days for the cancellation and I would be billed another $37.47. I will not pay another bill. I don't have machine it is shipped back to company. I paid return shipping gladly to stop this nightmare. THIS IS COPY OF EMAIL. IF YOU WANT A HARD COPY LET ME KNOW. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. My only concern is that I need the account closed or I will have to have another complaint next month and I will want another refund for the full charge. In addition to the refund I want the account closed.
