National Eagle

I rent from this company. I'm wont say where, but I have been having a A/C Fan blower issue every since I have been renting, and they haven't fixed it yet. But they want their money every month. Then took me to court for Eviction , and still wont fix the issue.
Please read every contract as in this company is a scam ! and don't treat their clients with any respect.

My partners and I paid *** on July 21, 2020 for an office located at *** XXXXX, Suite E-1. After paying for the office that would used for CPG Private Home Care Providers, LLC one of National Eagles, LLCs - ***, the Property Manager in Georgia was supposed to meet us and deliver the keys to the office. Instead of meeting us with the keys, he wanted us to drive an hour away to meet him in Scottsdale, GA. He never even showed us the office to begin with. He had a current tenant show us the office. Having to drive one hour to meet him we felt was unacceptable. He should have brought the keys to us. Additionally, on July 21, 2020 - National Eagle sent us a Welcome Letter which has all the INCORRECT information. It stated that we would have to pay for utilities, water, and Internet. All of these items were supposed to be included in our lease and was discussed prior to us paying for the lease. An email was sent to the Property Manager in California on the same day. His response was that his assistant made a mistake and that if we did not feel comfortable leasing their office, that we could get a refund once we returned the Key. I responded to *** that we never received a key via email. THen I called him the same day and told him of the unprofessional way that his area manager *** handled the conversation I had with him about delivering the keys to the office. As a result of these unprofessional conversations, my other two partners sent an email to *** expressing that they NO Longer wanted to lease the office and requested a Refund. *** stated on July 22, 2020 that he would refund our money *** He emailed Aerial of National Eagle requesting that he refund *** back to our partner *** and copied myself and our other Partner - *** and *** said it would take a week before we received our refund.
