Once again, we are surprised by *** ***'s account and respectfully disagree about what happened. We are disappointed that we could not find a car or truck for *** ***. We wish him well and hope that he finds something that he likes. Finally, we invite readers of this message to visit Whaling City and decide for themselves how we treat our customers, and we thank the Revdex.com for providing this forum

Within a short time after receiving the message from the Revdex.com, we recovered [redacted] missing order information.  I immediately telephoned [redacted] and left a voice mail message.  During the rest of the day, I called once again (leaving another message) and sent him two e-mails,...

apologizing for the confusion and inconvenience, and offering to order his parts ASAP.  I also offered to have the parts delivered to him, as he requested.  Shortly before 4:00 p.m., [redacted] called me and told me that he had ordered the parts elsewhere.  We had a pleasant conversation, which gave me a chance, once again, to apologize for the mix-up.

I apologize, of course, for the miscommunication.  I am sorry that we did not do a better job making the situation clear to our customer.  However, I can report that after the complaint was filed, and despite the strong language, which genuinely surprised us, this customer and his wife...

continued to speak with Oscar, and we still hope to find a vehicle that works for them.  Unfortunately, the [redacted] which initially interested them does not.

Thank you for this inquiry, which reached me a few minutes ago.  Yesterday, after the complaint was submitted, but obviously before it reached us, our General Manager exchanged messages with the customer and arranged to meet in person.  I believe that there is a misunderstanding here, and...

I hope that it can be cleared up at that meeting, which is scheduled for later today.

I am rejecting this response because:
I spoke with Oscar a couple times. Each time they pointed me in a different direction. First it was pick a new car. I picked three. None of what they suggested worked either. Or so they say. I have an approval either another Bank with no money down no trade and a vehicle that will work. Unfortunately it’s not what I’m looking for. A conversation between my wife and [redacted] didn’t end so well. He was very rude to her and to myself when I spoke with him. He promised me a vehicle that I liked the next day.  Over a week later I have heard nothing from anyone at this dealership. I had a customer referral that backed out due to witnessing the poor communication and treatment with Oscar D[redacted] and most of the sales staff. And for the record no they weren’t family or friends.
