Review: I purchased a couple of years ago a life size bust brand new. The box was damaged but the bust was great condition so I put it in my curio cabinet. I was looking at it and noticed there was white plaster type material on the glass so I opened the door and reached for the bust. That was when I noticed the side of its face was cracked and peeling away. I was shocked as it was never touched and it was put right into the cabinet when taken out of the box so no one for years touched it as the cabinet is air tight and doesn't get dusty inside.I sent 2 tickets to their customer service and received a "someone will get back with you in a day or so" responses and no one has. I cant reach anyone on the phone.I have pictures of the faced falling apart and it shouldn't as it cost me $150.00 at the time of purchase from [redacted] a local store.I want a replacement or my money back as this is a piece of junk!Thank you [redacted]Desired Settlement: Either replace the bust or refund. I love my Nightmare Before Christmas but this costs me $150.00 and for it to fall apart in about 2 years is crazy!

National Entertainment Collectibles Association is the manufacturer of licensed products. We did not sell this particular item to the Complainant, nor did we include any warranty with the item. Any complaints with products purchased should be taken up with the retailer in question, in this case, with [redacted] Furthermore, Complainant notes that when she purchased the bust two years ago "the box was damaged". While the Complainant maintains that "the bust was great condition [sic]", there is no way for us to determine or verify the condition the bust was in when Complainant chose to purchase it in the damaged box. While we sympathize with Complainant's position, these types of damages and replacement requests should be addressed by the retailers' return policy.
