First, I'd like to start by saying that I am not a client of National Equity Recovery Serivces, BUT I wish I was!!!! I won't go into a very lengthy review, because this has been a month saga so farBut Back in January, I received phone calls from a few different financial recovery companies regarding the sale of my Dad's homeI signed with the first guy who contacted me, (going against my better judgement and my gut because from the first moment we spoke, he was/is not a nice or decent person and believe me when I tell you that's putting it very mildly), because I felt bullied into signing The second person who contacted was a woman from NERS and she is the most amazing woman(Apparently I can't name her on here for privacy reasons) Even though I had already signed with this other company, I immediately regretted my decision and wished I has signed with herThe reason I regret my decision is because she not only took the time to explain the process to me at the time , she didn't have to because I had already signed with someone else(and this someone else did NOT explain anything to me and would get impatient and snippy at my questions) I explained to her how distraught I was about this guy because he basically wouldn't stop calling me, texting, or emailing me until I signed with himAnd now of course, he has my signature, he doesn't return my phone calls, no explanation as what the process involves, how long it takes, etc So, in the meantime, she and I have been in contact, and again, she does not have to give me the time of day, but because of her character and her genuine heart, she has explained patiently to me how things work in their businessAND she also was able to tell what's been going on since this other guy will not return my calls I am writing this because I DO NOT want you to make the same mistake I did!!! NERS has an excellent rating here, they explain everything in detail, you can call them anytime and they make you feel a part of the whole processI mean seriously, this is money they are working to recover for you, so good communication is key am I right? And you have EVERY right to know what's going on! I really can't say enough good things about them - I strongly and highly recommend them!!!
