Review: Hello,

I am writing on behalf of my ** year old mother. She won a prize on Puzzle # 3 - her names was published in the magazine that she won $200.00 and was told it would take 6-8 weeks to received the $200.00 winnings. This is now the end of week 13.

My mother has tried to contact customer service and was on the phone for over an hour and then was cut-off (call ended) My father has written a letter with no response.Desired Settlement: Desired outcome is for my mother [redacted] of [redacted] to receive her $200.00 winnings that The National Examiner published she had won from puzzle # 3 that was sent in.

If the magazine truly gives this money away to winners they have published in their magazine they should make good on it and not assume that because it is impossible to get a hold of a human being to take care of this that a ** year old subscriber will just say "oh well!"
