The National Eyewear Repair is owned by a guy named "Neil"This guy is a eye glass crook and not only charges you for repair of your eye glasses but keeps them tooBuyers beware, if you send your glasses to this creep there is a good chance you will not get them back especially if your living out of stateI sent him of my eye glasses for repair and quickly charged me $weeks ago and since have not answered my calls or send me back my glasses as scheduled for last weekbased on the other reviews I have read I dont anticipating getting my glasses back from this creepim considering driving out to his bussiness and whooping his butt This guy should be jailed for theft and fraud

I was pleased that my frames are now in wearable condition after years trying to fin someone to repair them Not only are they once again functional but done at a surprisingly decent price, especially since it took such time and great patience to fix themThank you for your quality workmanship

HORRIBLE company. If you want your glasses to get stolen, this is the place to go. I sent my glasses in for repair over a month ago, and [redacted] refuses to a answer any of my phone calls. I am about to contact the police department in Phoenix because as it is right now, I believe they have been stolen by his company.
Plus I had to send them in for a second time because the repair work was quite poor.

The National Eyewear Repair is owned by a guy named "Neil". This guy is a eye glass crook and not only charges you for repair of your eye glasses but keeps them too. Buyers beware, if you send your glasses to this creep there is a good chance you will not get them back especially if your living out of state. I sent him 2 of my eye glasses for repair and quickly charged me $150.00 2 weeks ago and since have not answered my calls or send me back my glasses as scheduled for last week. based on the other reviews I have read I dont anticipating getting my glasses back from this creep. im considering driving out to his bussiness and whooping his butt.

Easy for him, since I can't track the package. Based upon EVERYTHING I have read about this and the owner's previous company on this and another popular review website (look at the 33 or so "not recommended reviews") and seeing very very similar complaints, I now know that I have been taken. I filed a complaint with my credit card company and the owner was charged back the amount of the repair. The owner, a man named Neil, took $45.95 out of my banking account after telling me that he could repair a $200.00 pair of sun glasses. He told me that I should recieve the glasses in the mail within a week. It has now been two months and I never recieved the glasses and he will not answer my phone calls, nor does he return them.

I read about the devices on the website. It said it was fast an guaranteed. I UPSed my sons eyeglasses to be repaired . And as the site explained I would be contacted. I was contacted by phone by I would assume the owner of the business , Neil . He told me the process and how much it would cost. I agreed to the services and gave him my credit card number over the phone. Neil told me the process would take a couple of hours and he would send the glasses back to me that same day. I said perfect and once again explained to him the the eyeglasses were my teenage sons and he needs them for school. He said no problem I would receive them in 2 to 3 days. That was almost 3 weeks ago and I've been calling and leaving messages and sending emails with no response to any. I just need my sons glasses back at this point broken or fixed.
