I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I do not accept this response
from National Finance because their offer of a full refund of $6995, for the car, came AFTER they knew we were paying $for a new engineWe have proof that *** from National Finance went to our car mechanic and found out we were having a new engine installed on March 10thHis offer of a full refund came after this in a certified letterHe is also in error in his response, saying that we asked for $13,We never asked for thatWe have always asked, and are still asking that they pay HALF of the cost of the new engine, which is $We feel this is more than fair because there is evidence, from our mechanic, of National Finance tampering with the engine to sell it to an unsuspecting buyer like me
